Ok... I'm done with the remake. Finished up the hair and did some general polishing here and there. I know some people will still prefer the original, but I like this one more. I think she looks slightly less human in the remake.

And because I know someone will ask:

Yes, she IS a vampire... she just doesn't have her fangs bared or the single drop of blood on the corner of her mouth like 95% of the other vampire pics out there. Not that there is anything wrong with those pictures... I just didn't want to do the same thing.

So now I'm done... about a year later after the original. :lol:

I'm at a loss of words... She's stunningly beautiful and expresive... I think I'm in love :) (Smile) That glossy hair, those eyes, the lips...
But isn't she supposed to be even more white-skinned? To my knowledge, vampires are death-pale, no ruddy cheeks (unless she's using some sort of undead blush lol ).

fed vampires would have a slight redish tone, I expect. and there is no reason why a vampire would not use makeup :) (Smile)

the eyes are excellent, but when she's got no fang, then her eyes would be her natural color, as well.

the mouth seems (just a little) to be infront of the face rather than a part of it.

overall a very good airbrushing :) (Smile)

i am not into airbrushin... i really can't airbrush a a goddamn thing, so i kinda profess some respect to this style... and this... this is one of the most tecnical skilled pieces i've seen. wonderful...
