A quick shot of a butterfly on my patio before my cat chased it away. I was pretty happy with the colors and depth of field in this one. :)

you havent submitted anything in a while, and its nice to see you're back in action

Very nice picture here. I bet that it was fun trying to get so close to it, and once you did, that it didnt fly away.

Something similar happened to me, but with a toad rather than a butterfly.

I like the depth of field too, and for some reason im enjoying the lack of a contrasting coloration.
