I felt like painting some crazy flowy hair - specifically pale colored hair. Since hair was the focus pretty much everything else was an afterthought. I think I spent about an hour and 45 minutes on it total - maybe 2? The face is based roughly on the lovely HannahHavoc from DA: [link]
