Perfect SymmetryPerfect Symmetry

Last night was quiet
when I touched you,
no lights and unchecked voices nearby,
no bacchanal laughter from strays
lost beneath the window,
no protest from tired muscles
happily straining to please you,

Then sound.
small and heated,
matches struck and snuffed in stillness,
blankets sheathe you
as you sheathe me,
and lips form joys
into sacred tongue
only we understand.

Rose shot done for the recent 4x6 compilation. Figured I'd go ahead and upload a couple more. Actual the "Witness" shots were my first attempts at the assignment, but they just weren't going the way I'd hoped. It just keep getting later and later so I decided to just go back to what I love to photograph - puuuurdy flowers. :) (Smile)
