I was testing out the program ArtRage. It was a big change... I did this was just a paint brush. No blending modes, no smudging, no color pickers, no layers, no ERASING.

It was a challenge.

Not the greatest thing ever - but a fun 15 minute exercise. :)

That's very beautiful. I love the simplicity in how it was made, and I adore the details.

it was impressive. all the colorful flowers along the way, butterflies and little insects were surrounding him all the time. birds were singing, squirrels were playing right in front of him. he has barely before experienced such an atmosphere before, everything seemed to be in perfect harmony. when all at once the birds stopped singing, the little squirrels were fleeing and the insects disappeared. what happened.. he was looking around anxious that there might be a dangerous animal hiding in the bushes. he listened carefully, nothing. maybe it's going to rain, he thought, and continued his walk. sun ceased shining suddenly. he was smelling something he could not identify. mysterious. he was going along the tunnel he was in. a tunnel of flowers and little trees. at the end he was seeing a light. as he walked further he entering a clearing, a portal right in front of him. the portal surely was made by man, but the place feeled like that there has never been a man before. birds were singing, no they were whispering. silence. what an experience. he was returning to this place often. his own little oasis.

the atmosphere really impresses me, flowers nearby the viewer seems to be a little blurred, so i feel depth as well. very idyllic. well done.
